    102 on Strath is a slice of heaven in the Adelaide Hills. We spent the weekend in this stunning cottage, and are looking forward to booking a return trip. The online photos do not do the cottage justice. It is beautifully (and newly) renovated, each room pristine but also comfortable/inviting. The gas fireplace in the living room was a big draw card! The bathroom is huge (with a massive bathtub) and very powerful shower. The queen bed was comfortable, the kitchen huge and very functional with all new appliances and serving plates for all occasions plus a Nespresso machine. There is a little outdoor table that overlooks the amazing garden- the perfect spot for breakfast, while looking out at all the autumn colours. The garden is truly spectacular. I'm not traditionally a BnB kind of person, but our get away to 102 Strath has certainly changed my mind. The cottage is very seperate from the main house. Robyn and John were absolutely available the entire time for any questions etc, but otherwise it was a very private retreat. The little details are what set this stay even further apart from the norm. From the Vera Wang towels (which my partner described as angel clouds) to the lovely hand and body washes, to the complimentary Port for an evening digestive, the delicious homemade choc chip cookies, right through to the incredibly well stocked fridge that was more than enough for our two breakfasts. Location wise it is very easy to get to, with Aldgate and Stirling town centres a very short drive away! I would absolutely describe this as a must, for anyone looking for a romantic getaway in the Adelaide Hills.
